just go to the outpatient that is in lake zurich they do emergency care better only go here for minor things anything higher pain than beesting or bug bite go elsewhere

The Doctor and nurse was rude and very dismissive towards my daughter and I.They we’re also rough and did not listen to us! This type of treatment shouldn’t be allowed!

The Physician wouldn't look at my 3 yr old daughter for a possible ear infection b/c we were 20 minutes before closing - she told me to go to the Emergency Room instead!! Rude

I drew the short stick on this nurse practitioner. These places are getting worst and worst. It is harder than ever to get in front of your primary. Sometimes it is necessary to go to a clinic, and when in need you do what you have to do. Don't waste your valuable time and see a professional at all costs.

Randomly closes without any prior notice even when you've had an appointment scheduled 3 days in advance.

Terrible dismissive staff. Especially physician with the name Helen, who told me I had nothing wrong but a canker sore causing the pain in my throat. Spent the following evening at urgent care taking another two hours out of my schedule, as my symptoms (barking cough, flaming red throat & swollen glands) were worsened and it was confirmed I have bronchitis as I suspected. Really disappointing experience and I will not return or recommend.

My husband and I both walked in. Had a great experience by the NP and woman who checked us in. Very friendly and professional. Very little wait time.

Claiming she was overworked she, Qingin Zeng, stopped taking patients 45 minutes before closing. Terrible patient services!
