Love this company. We have been using them for over 2 years, and having signed up for the yearly bee and rodent services has helped so much. Living close to railroad tracks can attract rodents, which we didn't know. Action comes every 3 months for checks, and if we see something, we call and come out free of charge with the plan I selected. Kevin has been here a couple of times, and he is such a nice and knowledgeable guy. Kuddos to Kevin and A-Action for all the work you do.
Was referred by my mom who has used A Action for years. When my friend had an issue I told her about this company and she said A Action was the place several other people had recommended as well. I think I’ve had two bugs since they were here last. The best part is, if you do the quarterly subscription, they will come out at any time free of charge in between the quarterly visits. This service is a must have if you live in the area. They use products that are not harmful to pets.
We switched to A-Action Pest Control from a different provider and the differences in care and service could not have been any more different. Their office personnel is friendly and responsive. All the technicians that worked on our house and ~2 acre property were very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Unless the weather was interfering, they completed visits on the day they were scheduled. They tried hard to accommodate time constraints if given enough notice, and the technicians always notified us ahead of their arrival to give us time to put our three large dogs inside.
