Shannon opened up extra early one day after we contacted her to give my mother a hair cut and shampoo. She understand the sensitive and private nature of this very personal matter. She also gave her very helpful advice concerning options and pledged to always be available to help throughout the therapy process. The Tangles shop was really nice and Shannon is a true professional that really cares. She was AMAZING! My mother and father, Mildred and Rick are beyond thankful.

Shannon the owner is very professional and listens to what you are looking for in your style and does a great job.The salon is quint without having alot of people at one time.Wprth a visit.
