I recently needed a new roof on my house. I asked around for recommendations and was told to contact Lakeland Exteriors in Lake Villa. A spoke with a very knowledgeable sales representative by the name of Brian who showed me all my options and suggested a product that made my house look new again. Before the crew left , they walked around my house picking up all the remaining trash, paper, and nails. Three of my neighbors were also impressed with Lakeland's work and had their roofs replaced. I’m very impressed by Lakeland Exteriors’ commitment to their customers, no matter the size of the project. Last Saturday, Derik and his crew were clearly very busy, but they still made time to come to our house around 7 PM to fix a roof flashing issue. We contacted Lakeland Exteriors out of Lake Villa due to a roof leak. During the site visit Derek (Lakeland) and I discussed the leak issues and my idea of replacing two gutters plus rerouting two downspouts to ground level that were draining water onto lower roof lines. They supplied a professional quote that was very reasonably priced so we decided to have all of the work quoted completed.
