I had the pleasure of partnering with Chris from KMK Residential Inc. on a restoration project where there was fire and water damage to a house. His team handled everything on the outside and we partnered to help on the inside. Chris’ expertise in coordinating, meetings with the client, and scheduling with us along with other partners made the experience seamless. Our role was rebuilding 4 solid oak staircases and even though we were on a time crunch to get the space ready for the client, Chris was communicative every step of the way. I met the people from KMK RR at the Lake County Home Show. They were very professional and not pushy. They were able to answer all my questions on the spot. Any questions that I had after were also addressed immediately. I had new windows installed and were dealing with weather conditions and conflicting schedules. As soon as we were all in agreement and the weather was agreeable , they were installed.
The installers were also very professional and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I have already recommended them to other people and will continue to do so.
