Erik is extremely kind, timely, thorough, professional and most importantly HONEST. I am a home seller who recently received a copy of a quote from a different company who did an inspection on our fireplace on behalf of our buyer. That inspector was in our home for maybe a whole 15 minutes, didn’t go up onto our roof, and came up with a hefty quote wanting to tear apart half of our home (two story brick fireplace and then some). I was referred to Erik, and he got us in the books right away to come out for a second opinion/inspection. He spent about 30-40 minutes in our home, he actually went up onto our roof and was very thorough in his inspection. He also took his time in researching where he could get parts from and how much they would cost before writing up a quote for us. Once he did get us the quote, it was under half the cost of what the other inspector quoted. And, he didn’t need to demolish our home to complete the repairs. There are very dishonest people and companies out there, Chimney Crafters is not one of them! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you Erik for your time, reliability and professionalism!
