Lake in the Hills Tattoo Co.

Went in for a cover up wrist tattoo & a neck tattoo last minute & my artist (can’t remember his name 😩) did an amazing job! He was able to work very well with & cover up successfully the bad tattoo I had prior to him fixing it. Everyone here are very nice people. All of the employees make you feel welcomed here, & if you’re an anxious person like myself, feeling comfortable in an environment is very important. I highly recommend coming here to get work done ✔

Got my eye prows done twice by Christine my Experience with Christine was fun and she made me feel comfortable I recommend her to get any piercings done by her she’s awesome at what she does I will always go to her for getting any piercings it’s worth the 1 and a half hour drive me and Tim also get our tattoos done by David their amazing people 💕🥰

I have been going to Cristina since she first started piercing, now she’s even closer here at this shop she’s amazing very informative keeps an open communication and she gives the best advice on piercings!

the experience i had at this place was overall extremely disappointing. i was here to get my tragus piercing and it turned out that the person who did it had placed it and pierced it incorrectly. i was experiencing pain and numbness on the side of my face where i got this piercing the day of and days after. i decided to go to a different location with professional piercers and it turns out it my piercing was improperly placed and i had to remove it immediately. upon calling the place where my piercing was done and explaining my situation they turned me away and were unwilling to work with me and especially no refund.

I had an amazing experience at Lake in the Hills Tattoo Co. — hands down one of the cleanest and most welcoming shops I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was friendly and professional, and you can tell that all of the artists genuinely care about their clients and each other.

I was tattooed by apprentice, Kayla, and I can’t say enough good things about her work. She was so focused and meticulous — her attention to detail was seriously impressive! You would never guess she’s still an apprentice by how well she handled every step of the process.

What stood out even more was the support and encouragement she received from the other artists. They were right there to give her advice when needed but also gave her the space to shine. It created such a positive environment, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands.
