Invisible Fence is amazing!! We had the fence activated in Spring of 2022. Adam and a few other techs came out. All were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. When we got another puppy in Winter of 2022, we knew we wanted Adam back to help train our new dog. Adam is THE BEST!!!!! I recommend him 1 million percent and if/when we add a third dog, we will request Adam again!!!! He knows the product inside and out. He knows an incredible amount about dogs. Both of ours are rescues and the second dog was very unsure of Adam the first time she met him. He knew exactly what to do and now when Adam comes here, she is so excited to see him!!! Thank you, Adam!!

Invisible Fence of NW Illinois saved us! My pet’s collar was lost and gradually the Invisible Fence “barriers” meant nothing to her. My pet wandered from front to back, into other yards, and into the street. While we were always close by, it was disappointing. When we finally decided to replace the collar, Invisible Fence of NW IL was so helpful. I was able to communicate through email, which was extremely helpful to be able to reference later. We set up an appointment and Adam came to our house. He was so generous and kind with our pet. Not only did we get the collar we bought, but flags were put out (with extras left for us) AND specific instructions were given on how to help my dog remember what the flags meant. I was concerned it might not work because of so much time since we last used the fence. It is working perfectly—exactly the way Adam said it would. Our dog won’t go anywhere near the flags! We are thrilled to be able to use our fence again! Thank you, Invisible Fence of NW IL!!
