I had an emergency water heater issue on a Sunday and called Friendly Plumbing. Even though they were technically closed, they answered my call, gave me instructions for safety until they could arrive the following morning and provided me with warranty information on the unit within minutes of us talking
The next day when Michael arrived he knew within minutes what the issue was, explained why it malfunctioned and had the faulty parts installed. Because of the previous days water leak, the unit wouldn’t stay lit because everything was still wet so we set up a large fan to dry it out and he returned later to finalize the repair.
