24 Com just installed a new furnace and water heater and air conditioner. Their installation was on time, very professional and exceptional. They have been our service provider for a few years now and we couldn’t be more satisfied.
Earlier this summer, I was referred to Com24 for basic ductwork cleaning. The team, lead by Nathan, was amazing and helped uncover a hidden mold issue with my AC unit. They discovered that I had an oversized unit that was producing too much humidity creating mold growth in the ducts and vents. After dealing with some major health and respiratory issues with my kids, we found the source of the problem and knew we needed to replace both AC and furnace units. Jay, the owner, came out personally to check my house and make sure the proper units were being installed.
