I had just gotten out of the hospital last month in August and I needed a live-in caregiver quickly. Rebecca and the group went right to work and found me a fantastic caregiver on very short notice. This review is mostly about my caregiver Carol. I only had Carol for three weeks as a live in caregiver but during that time I have come to consider her as a very dear friend. She was totally attentive to my needs, is very conscientious about her work and her number one priority was my safety. She did light housekeeping for me, played with my animals, and she gave the best showers in the world. We had an incredible experience with Arden Rose Home Care. After interviewing several people and hiring and firing another Home Care, Arden Rose was a breath of fresh air. Eli was our caretaker and to say he was excellent is an understatement. Words can’t describe how amazing he was for our family. His patience, tenderness, and professionalism is unmatched. Not only is he a wonderful caregiver but he is an exceptional human being. When he left I cried. I highly recommend Arden Rose Home Care!
Eli was wonderful, caring, supportive, and always seemed to know what we needed before we needed it. Him and everyone that covered for him was wonderful. It's so reassuring to know that your loved one is well cared for when you can't be there. The team at Arden Rose was wonderful. Highly recommend them.
