Heather has been an incredible caregiver for my nana. She is with her a few hours a couple days a week, but the compassion, kindness, and dedication she shows goes far beyond the time she’s there. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my nana is cared for, comfortable, and happy. Heather treats her with so much patience and respect, and over time she has truly become part of our family. It gives us peace of mind knowing my nana is in such caring hands. We are beyond grateful for everything Heather does and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I received all my training here, if I have a doubt, question or problem regarding work I simply pick up the phone and get an answer, if there is a requirement for a task I have no experience in - I call and at a time that is convenient for me I come to the office to receive training and coaching.

I’ve been working for home instead for over a year and I can safely say that it is good place to work. The staff at the crystal lake office are kind, patient and understanding. They work with their employees and they’ll create a work schedule that is right for you. Communication is always efficient and the staff is always there when you need them. Most importantly, if you as an employee are ever experiencing a work related issue, the staff always does their best to work with you and help compartmentalize any problems.
