I believe in being good to people. So I’m not going to tell you about my experience. (Kim). I was very dissatisfied with my cut color, but the price shocked me beyond belief. I’ve never spent that much on my hair. That being said, I am going to share some ideas so you don’t end up shocked as I was. I have very thick, curly, dark hair (for reference). I will not return.
1. Confirm price before having her do your hair. Most times an extra bowl of color is $5. Here it is twice the cost of the service. (If the service is 100, you pay 200) she also doubled the price of my blow dry and cut. (If it’s 100, then 200). Just so you know it can happen.... read full review
Mason River Hair Studio is a treasure. The setting is lovely, relaxing, and convenient. Kimberly is a wizard at her craft and establishes just the right tempo to make your visit feel like you have been transported. You will be thrilled with the results.
Kimberly is amazing at color and cuts! She is the sweetest and so talented! And she carries the best lines of product.
