Was using another HVAC company that did HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Had asked them to quote adding AC to the second floor. Every option they were giving me was super expensive. I said what about a space pac type system. They said that would be more cost effective and quoted it at about $30K. I thought this was way out of line for the work and it felt like they just thought I wasn't going to get other quotes since I had been using them for so long. But I did, and after a bunch of quotes I went with Ireland Air, Couldn't have been happier. They were the lowest but they we a third less and seemed much more knowledgeable!
I called Ireland in the late evening due to a frozen coil. Rodney was here shortly after Noon the next day and quickly resolved the problem. Turned out it was a fan setting buried in the service settings on my thermostat I would have never found. I sincerely appreciated the simple fix and honesty. The AC has been rock solid since. This is typical of the honest service I have always received from Ireland. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your HVAC needs.
I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to come out. They identified the problem immediately and within a very short period of time, my AC was cranking out cold air. Joe, the technician, was AMAZING! Thanks for saving the day!!
