had them repaint our living room and hallway and the color matching alone was worth it. we picked a shade that looked totally different on the swatch vs the wall sample they did and they helped us adjust before committing to the full room which saved us a ton of hassle. the living room walls came out so smooth and even, like the old scuff marks and patched spots from hanging shelves are completely invisible now. hallway was a darker color and they got clean lines where it meets the ceiling without tape marks or bleed. edges around the door frames look crisp too. drying time was quick, no weird smell lingering after a day or two. the finish has a slight sheen to it that catches light nicely without looking glossy. pretty much exactly what we were going for.

I was mostly worried about the trim because it was pretty beat up, but that turned out great too. lines look sharp, color looks right in all the lighting, and the rooms feel fresh again. they moved through it quick and kept things on track the whole time.

We'd been putting off painting the interior for maybe three years, kept saying we'd do it ourselves and then never did. Finally my mom was planning to visit for two weeks and that was the push I needed I guess. Got a quote from TrueTone and one other company. TrueTone was actually slightly higher but the other place couldn't start for like six weeks so that made the decision easy. The initial walkthrough was pretty thorough, we went room by room and talked about what colors we were thinking. I'm terrible at picking colors so the painter suggested doing the living room and hallways in this warm white and then going a shade darker in the bedrooms, which worked out really well. They started on a Monday and had the main floor done by Wednesday, then did upstairs Thursday and Friday. We had to shuffle furniture around but they moved the bigger stuff themselves which was nice. The hallway where the light hits in the afternoon looks especially good, there's like zero roller marks or streaks. Still deciding on the basement but that can wait
