Affinity Integrated Health of Lake Forest and Libertyville are second to none in chiropractic care and physical therapy. Dr. Rebmann and his clinical team were phenomenal in creating a individualized treatment and care plan for me after I hurt my shoulder in a car accident. I had surgery to repair my shoulder and if it had not been for the adjustments, massages and physical therapy sessions I had with Affinity Integrated my range of motion would not have been restored to what it is today. I highly recommend Dr. Rebmann and the professionals at Affinity Integrated.
