Ordered a door in Feb. said would be in by begining of May. Called and sent an email said end of May. Asked for rough date and no responce been waiting over a week. This door is for a customer, so if your trying to keep your customers happy DO NOT order from here as you will leave your customers without answers!!

This company used to be a great company years ago. Because of my good experience from years ago I ordered 9 interior doors. It turned out to be a BIG mistake! They don't respond to calls regarding your order. Used an installer they recommended. That also was a big mistake! NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor customer service on 6/10/21 (10:30- ish). I left the showroom within a few minutes after it became clear the sales gal wasn't interested in helping me understand the products- selection, availability, etc.. Her idea of service was to hand me a catalogue (while I was in the actual showroom). I questioned why she wasn't showing me the actual products. There were no other customers in the store, so I didn't understand why she was so short with me while I was trying to get information. She was extremely rude and had an ego/attitude- like she was doing me a favor. She won't be successful pushing products that way! Don't waste your time going to this place.
