Had the best experience working with Rick at Pepper Auto Body! My teen son had hit some ice and slid into a tree, causing significant damage to the front end of his car, including the headlights. I had an estimate from another shop nearby but they couldn’t even start the work on the car for another MONTH! They also said the estimate could very well be more because “you never know what we may find later”. Ugh- left me with a bad feeling. I left that shop and drove 2 blocks to Pepper Auto Body. Love Pepper Auto Body, their services are wonderful and price is so reasonable! The owner Rick is absolutely the best, he took such a good care of entire repair process, I got my car fixed so nicely in time manner, I can't appreciate Rick enough!

Rick helped me get a hinge and other items repaired on my 16 Police Charger. EXCELLENT work, prices and quickly done with great communication. Highly recommend and look forward to working with Rick/Pepper Auto for future car care!
