Quick to respond to my voicemail, came next day to assess the situation. They referred me to three options who could solve my tree problem and followed up to make sure I knew my options. Great service, highly recommend.

Great arborist representative, Brent. He was courteous and professional. Service performed was excellent. They were timely and efficient. Prices were great for services performed. Took down a huge cottonwood that had got struck by lightning. They had to work around the shed, around the neighbors fence, and around another company finishing out patio. Luckily everything worked out, but definitely a big thanks for Bartlett Tree Experts. Would definitely recommend.

We left our former tree service of over 25 years for Bartlett about four years ago. We have not looked back. Our Certified Arborist is seasoned and extremely knowledgeable. We are never pushed to get unnecessary services and the treatments we do need are timely and executed with great care for the surrounding vegetation and structures. The former service is also a national corporation, but it had become an impersonal assembly line with inexperienced staff, long before the pandemic. We have seen none of that with Bartlett.
