What a great company!....Needed my septic tank pumped ASAP. Joanna and Ella were super friendly and helpful in the office. They set up an appointment, but were actually able to come a week early, which was great! In the field, Sam found the tank himself, because the septic map I had was off, and uncovered the lid himself. He called me after the work was performed with his assessment/observations of the condition of my system, and even sent me a picture of where the tank lid actually was. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again!

Went in my basement on Sunday evening and found that I had a sewage back up, what a mess! Called River City Septic and talked to Carl. He was onsite very soon, grabbed his camera, found the problem very quickly. Turns out when my house was built in 2003, the plumber cut corners on the rough-in for the bath drain in my basement and we didnt know it. Unfortunately that left an opening for tree roots to grow in and find that open line which eventually plugged it up, causing this backup in my floor drain. Carl dug up the end of the that line, found the opening and removed the roots. Then he ran the camera thru again and the whole line was cleared very soon after....read full review

These guys were very professional responded quickly they were very courteous and did one hell of a job I certainly appreciate it thank you River City septic and Excavating I would highly recommend anybody needing Septic Service to consider these guys they were spot on
