The staff were welcoming and the Salt Cave was such a unique location. The Salt Cave sound bath was an immersion of music, sounds and rhythms of different instruments creating a journey/flow that was both interesting and harmonious.
This was a wonderful, deeply relaxing experience - both physical and spiritual. The sound therapist was highly skilled and creative weaving together a unique tapestry of sound. It was truly a wonderful way to re-energize mind, soul, and body in a busy, demanding world.
Mehru was extremely patient with me when I ran into an issue. She helped with everything and was so accommodating so thank you so much for that. The Spa is extremely clean and the Salt Cave Session was so soothing.
This place is a must!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Primal Oceans Salt Cave. First, I had a foot detox. This was relaxing but also seemed to deliver results. Next, I went into the Salt room and laid on a warm bed with amethyst crystals. The Himalayan Salt filled room was super relaxing. I loved this experience, and I would highly recommend it. The staff; Mehru, who worked with us, was an absolute delight. She made this a place you want to go back to again and again. I can’t wait for my next treatments!
