I popped in after getting off Amtrak before going to MDW after seeing ionic detox footbath on the menu. Pretty kindly took me in right away without an appt. The 30-min experience was short & sooo very sweet. From the spring warm water, to the personal blanket, the foot rinse, & the warm towel at the end. It felt like a caring hug.Healing on the go. Chef's kiss.
The staff were welcoming and the Salt Cave was such a unique location. The Salt Cave sound bath was an immersion of music, sounds and rhythms of different instruments creating a journey/flow that was both interesting and harmonious.
This was a wonderful, deeply relaxing experience - both physical and spiritual. The sound therapist was highly skilled and creative weaving together a unique tapestry of sound. It was truly a wonderful way to re-energize mind, soul, and body in a busy, demanding world.
Mehru was extremely patient with me when I ran into an issue. She helped with everything and was so accommodating so thank you so much for that. The Spa is extremely clean and the Salt Cave Session was so soothing.
