BASE is the best thing that every happened to me. I have met so many amazing people and I have made so much progress in the gym. The trainers are always there for your success and cater to your individual needs/sport. They know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to the gym. I have gained more muscle and athleticism in my time with BASE than in the rest of my life. I have taken a big jump in athleticism and performance ever since I step foot in BASE.
I’ve been going to base for over a year now and have been seeing great progress in baseball and lifting. I’ve gotten stronger in all lifts, run faster, jump higher, throw harder, and hit harder. Steve Gray, Jamnes Cameron, and Rick Maziarka are the best coaches around this area. They also are really good with working with our personal schedules.
You can’t beat personal training with Steve and his team at Base. I’ve been training here for 3 months and have been blown away by the program design and quality of trainers. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, dedication, energy and motivation to each session. He knows his stuff and will help you reach your goals in a fun, motivating, customized and challenging way!
