AMITA Health Physical Therapy La Grange - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

My name is Joe I am a very severe stroke survivor I have trouble speaking without pain. I cannot walk I cannot speak on the phone I cannot really do anything much. My stroke was that severe. This woman tries to discriminate against me as much as she can she goes out of her way to attempt to discriminate. All I want is somebody to help me get my health in order so I can live another Day. These people will not even call to make my appointments without complaints. They are required by law to help me according to Americans with disabilities. This hospital has went downhill. The cleanliness of this hospital is awful in the lab and radiology area, I saw bugs running across the floor. For how much I pay in healthcare, Do better Advent Health.

Just waisted an hour and one half to get a blood test. Their excuse was a new computer system.they sure had enough staff as there was four people standing around in admitting talking and telling jokes. The big joke is on us thinking we were important to them!
