I was amazed at the responsiveness of this small business, and happy to employ someone who is local to LaGrange. They will use text messages to inform you of availability, and make sure you know what's going on with your repair. Tom is good at what he does, he came and fixed my dishwasher in less than 20 minutes. I was so glad I didn't need to replace it! He does refrigerators, washers, dryers too.

Tom and Judy are the best! When I called to schedule an appointment to have Tom come service our washing machine, Judy suggested checking YouTube for videos that would walk us through fixing it (I found one and I was able to do it myself). We had a second issue with the machine, and instead of coming and charging us a service fee, he was honest with me over the phone that it was more cost efficient to buy a new machine instead of spending money on a costly repair. He told us what to look for in a new machine and even gave me a suggestion for troubleshooting a possible problem with our refrigerator. They are so kind, honest and knowledgeable.
