My mother passed back in March but has been waiting on a refund from North Pines since the beginning of February. They are aware of her passing and that I have some of her estate still open because I am waiting on this refund and there is no communication and what feels like ignoring calls from my and my brother's numbers. So much so I called from work just to get someone to answer. I have been told on numerous phone calls, it was coming and just recently was told it would be sent in two parts. Absolutely the worst!! It took two weeks to install. From day one it didn't work properly because it was installed wrong. He came out once and didn't fix it. And now they ignore our phone calls.

I have concerns with my AC/Furnace unit that was installed. I have left numerous messages in the last few months and have not heard anything from this company. I have called in the past for things and it always took a long time to hear back. When we first got our unit installed, it took them a couple months to grab the old unit when they were supposed to take it right away. We were understanding for awhile, but after a bit, we're very annoyed. I would not recommend this company.Services: Heating system installation
