Great customer service ! I called around to get someone to see my kitty each place was either closed or full. They let me bring kitty in and leave for the day. Very compassionate and knowledgeable.

I have taken all my cats over the years to Sauk Trail. I feel safe with their services and care. The medical care and boarding attention that they receive is full of genuine compassion. I trust them with my furkids.

I do not recommend going here. They’re very unprofessional, judgmental, and rude. You might not see it at first but they are. I took my dog there for an allergy shot and they were making comments on my dog before he had even gotten the shot. The assistant told me that I don’t realize how powerful and dangerous my dog is all because I took his leash off and held his harness to keep him in place. This was the procedure every other time that I’ve been here. I don’t appreciate comments telling me that I don’t realize how my dog is or how he acts when I’ve had him for three years. They also had terrible customer service. I went back to ask for the allergy pills because I don’t feel comfortable coming in anymore and getting the shot for my dog. I asked about the pricing for the three months supply. They refused to answer my questions and basically told me to go somewhere else that would provide those pills and we don’t know what allergies he has so we can’t help you. How are you gonna tell me you don’t know what kind of allergies my dog has, when we’ve been coming here for years and you guys been giving him an allergy shot. They basically just didn’t wanna help me and answer my question. They were no help at all and I’ll never go there again. I felt very uncomfortable. Horrible customer service.
