When you walk in, the place automatically feels welcome. The energy in this place is amazing and the price isn't bad at all. It's small but they definitely have what you need.
Roger runs a tight ship. Provides a great variety of equipment to help you get all the "gains" you'd ever want. He also has tanning which a family member uses. HIGHLY recommend this business for your fitness and tanning needs.
