I searched a few shops up and made calls. This is the only place I chose to go to! Kirsten was so welcoming! Artie was awesome! It took me 5 years to actually go into a shop. And I almost left but Kirsten made me feel comfortable and made me want to continue! She took her time with helping me decide on what I wanted to get done for my sister that passed. I’m overly happy with how it turned out! I highly recommend!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!! I will be returning”

She is friendly, professional, very patient, listens incredibly well, asks good questions, and takes her time to be sure she’s set up and that you’re 100% comfortable with piercing placement. She doesn’t treat any question like it’s dumb and doesn’t move to the next step until you’re fully comfortable with the answer she’s provided. She’s pierced me, my daughter, wife, friends of ours and their kids, and we’re referring more people her way right now. The facility is clean, well-organized, and comfortable.”
