Had a wonderful experience with Holly Jo piercing my daughter's earlobes for her 14th birthday. Holly Jo was very professional and calming during the process, helping my daughter's nervousness.

Got my philtrum peirced here, my peircer was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my rapid fire questions. Personally not a huge fan of the open floor plan, I enjoy a more closed booth situation, but they do a very nice job with the space available.
