The door to this business is always open and ready for anything. All the veterinarians+plus staff First and Foremost have compassion for your animal. Secondly, they are great at trying to save their patients money! They totally get it !! Costs have gone skyrocket and we see no end in sight. Finally to all of "us" "the customers", take your time and stand back and take a look at what health care facility whether you or your pet were there, and Don't we always have a concern when we leave a doctor's office. . ? . ? Here they understand your concerns and here they again will take the time to research your pets situation and then if you still are questioning your pets health then take the time to address those concerns with this staff and they will get you that answer of which you may or may not like and finally you again may you have multiple options in front of you but hopefully you will then find your peace of mind with your pets care. Have been taking my pets here for years. Dr. Joe and staff are always professional. They have always given options for care based on compassionate care for the animal and financial commitment that works for me.
Our Family Has Been Taking Our Pets To Kankakee Animal Hospital Since The Senior Dr. Murray opened it . we have always received Great Care there. And over the years the Vets may have changed but the Care has Always been Excellent. We had a 12 year old Husky that developed what in the end turned out to be Lung Cancer, Dr. Joe had absolutely no problem advising us to go down to the U of I for further testing and or treatment. Everyone in that Office showed so much care and concern for not just our Sasha but also for us, in the end a Year and a Month later we made the decision to end her suffering, she could no longer Join us for our Daily Walks, she Couldn't Sleep a Solid Night without having to move around to be able to breathe.
