We just moved to this area about 3wks ago...our fur baby is really sick. Went there Fri. Back again Monday for X-rays blood work etc. he's a rescue a chippen...mutt. but he's ours and we love him dearly. Hoping his blood tests come back ok. We're concerned. Nice people. Hoping to get good news...
Thank you for taking a great care of my dog. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen and explain.
There have been several occasions when team went above and beyond. Once, I needed my dog's vaccination records urgently, and they were emailed to me within minutes. Another time, my dog needed to be seen on a Saturday. Even though the clinic was extremely busy and the waiting room was full of pets and their owners, the doctor still found time to examine my dog.
I truly appreciate your dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for animals. Thank you for always being there when we need you.
I am not the type that leaves reviews, but how Dr. Moeller treated my wife, our dog, and I during the tough decision to put our dog down, I thought it was necessary. She showed us nothing but respect and gave us all the time we needed. Treated our dog and us with empathy. She made the very difficult process a little easier with her compassion. Thank you Dr. Moeller.
