I am happy to add yet another 5 star review to TrueRoof’s dossier. I needed a new roof on a tight schedule in a very special circumstance. Matt was able to get me a quote in literally minutes that beat all the other estimates I had gotten, and Becca helped me choose the perfect shingle using an AI generated sample photo of all my favorite colors to show exactly how the job would look when it was finished, which made it super easy to choose the one I liked the most. Then she got my project scheduled immediately. I reached out for an estimate on Monday, and I had a brand new quality roof installed by Sunday afternoon. Don't sleep on Instagram. I found Matt and his team after scrolling one night. He responded within minutes, came out within days (only because he was waiting for snow to melt). He spent quality time on my room documenting and proving a replacement. He was very confident and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He helped us choose a beautiful Malarkey shingle. His team installed roof by 2pm (2,400 sqft ranch) and came back the following day for the gutters and down spouts).
