Very pleased with the service I received! Friendly as soon as you walk in and explains the process as it’s happening so you know what’s going on. Also very communicative throughout ordering, coming in for molds, payment, and picking up the piece. I actually had it shipped to me since I couldn’t make it out there and it got to me in 2days! Called this master Jeweler for a custome piece made for my keepsake of my late Doberman. This is the only custom Jewler in all of Chicago that is worth talking too. Vinnie was a relief to hear he would make it happen.. and I am looking forward to getting my chain to wear forever.
I was concerned about how my grill would fit since my teeth are severely crooked. Not only did my grill fit perfectly they lined my teeth up straight and now I can’t stop smiling. I will definitely be going back to get my top grill done by Vinnie the Jewler Best in the Midwest!
