Such a great place! Very friendly and welcoming. All the yoga classes are great and vary for your needs or mood. There's a peaceful Zen vibe that hits me as soon as I walk in. Thank you!

My wife brought me as a surprise. I literally didn't know what I was getting into but I had the hot stone massage. The lady at the front desk that was going to do my massage and gave me a run down and wanted to understand certain allergies, really tender spots I may have. I felt really comfortable in the room, they had some really peaceful music playing in the background, I signed up for a 90 minute session and I promise you, time flies by so quick during the entire procedure.
