Since the transition from Dr. Rita to Dr. Taylor, we have consistently had positive experiences. Dr. Taylor takes the time to clearly explain each procedure and discuss the treatment my daughter needs, which makes every visit reassuring and comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming, and their friendly smiles always create a fun experience.
Absolutely loved the office! Nancy the dental hygienist was great with my 4yr old! She's been coming to this office since she was 15 months old and loves it! Dr. Taylor was also very friendly and great at explaining all my options for treatment
I can't say enough about every single person we came into contact with today. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist herself, everyone was all smiles. Just so pleasant, non-judgemental and genuinely compassionate. I don't usually remember to leave reviews but as a parent, I just *had* to make sure I left one after today. It is so hard to find a truly caring and kind pediatric dentist. My nervous son (7) had a heck of a time and really gave these lovely ladies a run for their money. In the end, he was all smiles like nothing even happened. There is a reason we travel the 40+ minutes: because they are simply the best.
