It is very easy to book an appointment and the front desk service is quick. The well organized facility is clean, bright, and inviting. The care provided is amazing, thorough, and highly praised. The staff is welcoming, pleasant, attentive, and very friendly.
This was the best experience I’ve had with an urgent care!! Everyone was polite…not before they had to be but because they genuinely wanted to help the patients! (Trust me there’s a difference!) The Dr was clear and understanding and even let me see my x-Rays of my broken finger! This is what healthcare is supposed to be! Thanks you all!!
Definitely I would rate them a 10! The doctor and staff were very accommodating and professional. They kept me apprised of the next steps and any wait time, listened to my concerns and addressed the issues thoroughly.
Was debating going to the hospital that day and I’m so glad I went here instead. Even the front desk girls were super professional and polite. My card was having issues and they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience for it.
Also, when I got my medication I expressed that I have a severe panic disorder and that I was terrified, they were AMAZING in handling that situation. The doctor and the nurse checked in on me several times and continued to follow up after. Truly a wonderful experience ! And the medication they prescribed after was excellent and felt like it was what I needed. Great experience!
