I have been bringing my dog here for OVER a decade! She has never gotten hurt or mistreated. I actually train my dog and work with her so she's use to being bathed and her nails touched. I've priced out small shops and they might be 10$ cheaper but they have no one to answer to if they mistreat a dog. Staci is the best and I highly recommend especially if you actually train your dog.

I was impressed with the staff. I went to petco to get some guppies for my new tank and some conditioner. Easy sale right? Nope they refused to see fish due to it being to cold. First off the front door was shut and stuck at 8 pm . They blamed it on the cold. I then called Pet Smart which is out of the way but the girl on the phone said come on in everything is for sale. When I walked in I was greeted. Walked over to the guppy section and the nicest girl helped me get 4 guppies and 3 catfish. Walked over to the register and the other associate was just as nice. No doors stuck, locked or attitude. Petsmart is my new go to place.

Bobby at the Joliet location is very knowledgeable a great instructor. I have a rescue that is very fearful and only after a few classes she is already getting more confidence. Thank you
