it's been over 7 weeks I still haven't received my $50 dollars gift card a female from PonosCare of Illinois came over on December 24,2025 by the name of Jayden told me that it can take up to 20 days to receive the $50 dollars gift card which 20 days by January 20,2026 it's already Friday February 20,2026 no $50 dollars gift card I did the 10 question survey and no gift card was it all a waste of time

My father had Newsome Home Health. We worked with Melanie and Ryan. My dad was difficult to deal with at times but Melanie who was our nurse was always patient and kind. She always lent and ear when I needed to talk. Ryan was so empathetic. He really helped me out as a carergiver just with his empathy. I can’t recommend them enough.

When the nurse arrived her first words out of her mouth were very rude and scolding us for something she had to do. My husband tried to ask her a question regarding the appointment and she stated she couldn’t do anything or answer any questions until we signed her forms. We didn’t sign and she left in a huff. We ended up calling an ambulance.

I was released from the hospital and needed therapy and nursing care to get my back on my feet. I was so fortunate to have the therapists and nurse. My therapist were Ed and Kelli. Both were so patient without letting me give up or regress. I was able to progress from requiring a walker to walking on my own. And the OT Kelli was able to get me back to being able to dress myself and take care of my household duties. I would not have been able to do any of this without these 2.Then there was my Nurse, Jessica. She was outstanding. So knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to get me over the finish line to healing.I highly recommend Newsome. They were always here when they said and were flexible enough to work around my schedule. And I don't think I could have received better care anywhere.

My husband has had the care of nurse Amanda to deal with the wound on his leg, and Julie the physical therapist to regain mobility. Both are professional, caring, and unfailingly cheerful and positive. They are a pleasure to associate with.

I had knee replacement surgery last October and a second knee replacement a couple of weeks ago. Both times the PT was Tina and the RN was Venessa. I love them both! I highly recommend their services. Thank you so much ladies!!!
