Neovia provides a generally positive experience for truck drivers. Appointments are taken seriously, as drivers can only check in 30 minutes early. Unloading is quick, often completed in about 30 minutes. The guards are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth process. However, it’s advised not to arrive too early, as drivers may be sent back. There are no public restrooms available on-site.
I was drop and hook. The lot is one way. To drop you either blind side back or turn around and go the other way. You end up lapping the building 2x because loaded and empty trailers are on the wrong side of the building. Just some bad easily fixed policies would make it better.
They opened 6.00 am exactly, and for restrooms if you ask…. Need steel boots… no exemptions , app 5.00 “from brokerage “ , 6.00 open waiting on line.. 6.15 on door… 7.00 out of.
For the guys in the warehouse 5 stars. I only had issue with a guard. He didn't wanna let me in at 11am. I had to come back at 1pm and he said my appt was set for 2pm. I showed him rate confirmation which says 1pm. And then he let me in. Checked in at door 15b and they unload full trailer in 25min.
