We wish we would have called Mr. Rooter first. Gene found the problem others missed and fixed it immediately. Even pointed out a broken vent window in the crawl space he noticed while replacing the sump pump and had a Handy Man business card from Ace Hardware should we need it. Customer service is impeccable with appointment times and communication.

Absolutely wonderful service from the beginning to the end. Gene was polite Friendly explained everything that was going on. I had a Slow Sewer and I was worried about roots from two Large trees. Gene showed me what he had seen in the camera. There were no sign of roots. He just showed me the slow down and also how to prevent future problems.Gene informed me to all the costs. He also looked over any other plumbing issues that may be happening in the house. I am very grateful, especially since it looks like the spring rains are starting.??️?☔️. Thank you so much, Gene!

Brad Traina did an awesome job on my outdoor plumbing system! He worked very hard to clear the roots that were causing the sewer backup into my basement and took the time to thoroughly explain to us the issue, showing my wife and I what he was seeing on his pipe camera. His dedication to the job went above and beyond, making sure my drain was completely cleared while keeping a positive attitude during a late evening service call. Highly recommended!
