I normally never write a review unless it’s really good or it’s really bad and unfortunately my overall experience with this office has been a complete nightmare. For as long as I have a worked in the medical field and have been a patient I have never experienced a doctor's office that refused to do their job.
Examples:
The technician and Dr. Beth Ann Svetland failed to provide basic and accurate documentation of my chief complaint and symptoms during my initial and follow-up appointments. The lack of documentation later prevented my Workmans Comp claim to be approved.

The staff here are horrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one

got my eye glass the frame broke away from the lense took them back they gave me a new frame and they popped open while on my face will never go back and they want me to pay $35 for a new frame this frame is defective
