Check engine diagnosticThey were able to find the issue and address everything wrong rather quickly. Started with a misfire code and also found a bad coil along with a bad injector. Also noted a bad ball joint and a coolant leak. They were thorough and kept me in the loop of any additional parts and repairs.
I got a flat tire while I was passing through and the guy behind the desk said they could service my car in under an hour and a half. And that was two new tires. Great customer service.
This was my third or fourth visit (two cars - maintenance and/or repairs over two years). As previously, the repair time was shorter than expected. Theo was friendly and helpful. They provide excellent value. I think they are honest and only fix what is necessary. They offered options based on "must do now" vs " should do soon" to allow me to work within my budget. VERY happy!
