Very impressed start to finish with customer service, fixed the issue completely and didn't try to up sell on other issues I was aware of, absolutely will be bringing more work their way
I looked up this shop after being told by Zabor Auto in Crest Hill that I was needing both rear wheel bearings replaced. I talked to Bill initially about the rear passenger bearing because the rear driver had been replaced, 1k for parts and labor. Bill quoted me a price that was very reasonable, I made it there, they lifted the car, called me in the bay and said, hey, did they show you how bad the tires are. When I saw them I couldn’t believe how in such bad shape they were in. So now I’m looking at the tires, some parts bald, pieces of the belts exposed and all the noise I’m hearing is coming from the rear. Had an crate motor put in by the shop. Had one minor issue that they were able to diagnose and take care of at no charge to me. It required a bit of labor and could have easily been attributed to old parts swapped over. Honest shop that does good work. Thanks guys.
