Our a/c went out at 2am on July 4th. Our usual place no longer does 24/7 service. We called around. Waited for call backs. One place wouldn't come out until Saturday. I remembered the J&A jingle from WJOL and we gave them a call. The guy called back within 5 minutes and they were out at 11am and took care of the problem. Very happy with the service.
It was time for us to get a new unit. Work was done professionally and timely. Price was as quoted. We highly recommend them.

Technician was knowledgeable, explained what had to be done to cut back a boiler baseboard system, and install a release valve. He was polite, friendly and right on time both days. Old house, small furnace area, and unusual layout, but he completed the work with no complaints. Office staff responded quickly to scheduling, parts ordered and work completed. It was a very pleasant experience and I will use again.

Had an issue with my furnace! The company sent someone out super early to look at it. Found the issue in seconds, then gave me a quote to fix it. Very courteous and professional technician! Will definitely use them for my future cooling and heating issues!
