We were able to get an estimate scheduled for the next day. All 3 residents of complex were given seperate estimates based upon square footage covering their townhouse. Components of roof...decking (sheathing), underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, flashing, the main roofing material (like shingles), ridge cap (for the peak), and roof vents, fasteners (nails, screws) and schedule of installation was all discussed with all 3 potential customers. Just an FYI, we had a big wind storm a few weeks ago and a piece of my siding came off my house. I wasn’t sure what to do because my husband passed away a few years ago, so I wasn’t sure who to go to or call.
Well long story short, I got in touch with Jim at H&H Roofing, Jim and his team came out to assist me. He was very professional and knowlegable and got the job done.
