This is not a spa or hair salon of any sort.t The place is never open for business. I went to the door and the place looks like it hasn’t been open for years. I see real nice dressed men in nice cars coming and going all day. Something is going on there and it’s not beauty!

I went to Franco's almost 38 years ago even we he was in Lockport. I live downstate now and have sent friends from here to visit him when in town. Ive been a stylist for 25 years now...I need to move back home and work with you Franco. Many blessings to you and your team!

This is not a review of the spa as I have not visited the spa yet. One of the reasons I have not visited the spa yet is because everything you go to that says "visit our website" and you click on it, it takes you to "Bever Digital Design" and says "The Best Website Design" making you think when you first arrive that maybe Franco of Florence won an award for the Best Website. Then you learn you are at a website for a website designer and it has absolutely nothing to do with Franco of Florence and there is absolutely no way of finding out any information about this place on the internet because everywhere you go, there are no reviews and no information. So, I don't know if the place even exists and, if it does, there are no reviews so how would I know if I would want to go there or not...I rely heavily on reviews for clues about places I plan on visiting. So, if you want more stars...you better figure out your digital image because it is leaving a bad impression!
