“I recently had an exceptional service experience with the Hawk Volkswagen Service team in Joliet, from the moment I arrived till the time I picked up my vehicle everyone I encountered was so pleasurable to deal with. I arrived a little early 15 minutes before 7am opening time, Hilary came out to greet me and let me know that she would be with me momentarily. I addressed my concerns to Hilary and she wrote me up and let me know that they would do everything to get my car in and serviced and keep me updated and just like that she had me on my way, I used the courtesy shuttle to get to work that was so very helpful in my situation she informed me that the shuttle just arrived and that they would be taking me right away, she was absolutely right not even 5 minutes a gentleman in a VW id Buzz came to pick me up to take me to work witch was fantastic. Later I got Video Message from Vinnie Angel the Service Technician working on my vehicle he addressed all my concerns and let me know what he did and was going to do with my approval that was quick, informative and helpful information. When my vehicle was ready for pick up Hilary sent the shuttle to pick me up at work and get me back to the Hawk VW facility to pick up my vehicle that was amazing!
