I found you guys through a recommendation by Christina Bettenhausen. After narrowing down the issue with my furnace I left a detailed voicemail after-hours and Bill called me back immediately. Based on my description he felt like I was likely correct, so he got the part that was needed and was able to send Eric out next day. Jeri was so kind on the phone when I spoke to her. Eric knows his stuff, double checked my work and replaced the gas valve. He was quick and efficient, very friendly, and I was charged very fairly! Everyone is very professional. They will be our go-to to for HVAC repair and maintenance going forward.
