Ms. Kathy Giegerich is one of the most nicest people I've ever known in her business. She's not only professional, she's kind and caring. She was truly there when I needed a friend. After the passing of my sister in 2015, and most recently my boyfriend and my mother in 2022. Her services were exceptional; she works with you guiding you with her comforting, loving support. Dealing with the passing of my father was extremely difficult but Kathy handled everything so nicely and professionally. She was kind, compassionate and very understanding and did her best to help us as much as possible. My mom and loved ones thank you so much for helping us during this very difficult time. The service and Catholic Mass were beautiful.
We chose to have my father's funeral at Blackburn due to the tank outside and my father's love of history. The service provided by Reina was outstanding as well. In a time of deep sorrow, she provided support, understanding, and flexibility. Thank you Reina and the other Blackburn staff!
