So thankful! A lock failed on the front of my commercial building and they were here very quickly and even solved a couple other issues others could not. They will be my go too from now on.

BEST LOCK SMITH AROUND NO CALL NO ONE ELSE TO WASTE YOUR TIME. Great prices. First guy I called came with more than the double the price this guy said and said he couldn’t do it call a locksmith for a car lock out on a box truck. These guys came and were determined to get it done and got it done . A+ work and prices

Excellent and prompt service. I called around 5 pm on December 29th. It was cold and raining and I was stranded outside of my truck. I'm not from the area and I googled locksmiths. The first was a nationwide locator who said they had contract locksmiths "everywhere"; they didn't. The second one I called wanted credit card payment information upfront; they made that clear before they asked for any information or provided a quote. When I said that my wallet was locked in my pickup along with my keys, they said they couldn't help me and hung up. I googled again and got different results. The address of this company was about 30 miles from my location at a state park and the locksmith kept the phone call short and was on his way. I had locked my keys and wallet in my truck intentionally because I have keypad for entry that I had added about 3 years ago. Recently, I had been considering taking it apart and replacing the battery to prevent any lockouts. And last night it failed to work but the battery hadn't died, two buttons stopped working. After examining it this morning, I could see that it had received some physical damage - I'm not sure if something heavy fell against it or if someone tampered with it. Anyway, I was locked out. RDS lock provided professional, prompt service at a very reasonable price. I was given a price over the phone and that is exactly what they charged me after the job was complete.
